Toyota has released the Sales Statistics for April 2012:
With a total of 87,788 vehicles sold Thailand overall vehicle sales were down about 20% as compared to the Supermonth March 2012 (110,977 vehicles). on the positive side the year on year increase (April 2012 compared to April 2011) is a whopping 30%.

- Honda is 'back in business' reclaiming third place in total sales after Toyota and Isuzu.
- Nissan sales fell overproportionally by 54% compared to last month.
- Chevrolet and Mitsubishi sales fell by just 14% and 15% respectively, so they were holding up well in the Songkran month.
